We have two tickets to give away for the Brisbane Good Food & Wine Show 2012. The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre will transform into a foodies paradise on Friday the 9th, Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th of November. This years celebrity chefs include Maggie Beer, George Calombaris, Manu Feildelm, Matt Moran and Ainsley Harriott.
With plenty to look at from cheese to wine to artisan products in the exhibitors hall. You can also get your cookbooks signed, take part in one of the masterclasses or listen to one of the guest speakers. The three-day event is packed full of things to do I am torn between going on Friday or Saturday.

I look forward to watching leading chefs demonstrate how to showcase Spring fresh produce in recipes to share with family and friends.
I am a photographer from the Sunshine Coast who is a bit of a foodie and keen food photographer. I would love to be around the buzz of the whole festival and soak up as much information as possible. I would also love to see such world class chefs in action.
