7 Healthy Breakfasts


I love breakfast and, it is the most important meal of the day and definitely not worth skipping – ever. Here are a few of my favourites that grace our table to kick start our day on the farm. Isla’s favourite is the chia pudding with mango which is perfect this time of year thanks to the influx of mangoes. Plus it is so easy to make.

Sometimes I get sick of eating toast with tomatoes or yogurt with seeds and nuts, so these seven recipes brighten some mornings. They are all super healthy, easy to make and very delicious.
