Waking up early is something I have embraced over the past month. When you roll out of bed, and stumble to the sink for a glass of water. Greeted every morning with something new, different clouds surrounding the mountains or birds picking at the grass. The other morning I had the pleasure of watching the clouds rise over a delicious breakfast.
Mushrooms on sourdough. Really simple, put your toast on, fry up the mushrooms. Assemble, toast, rocket, mushrooms, yogurt on top with some lemon on the side. Dont forget loads of salt and pepper and a splash of olive oil. Yum, this is now one of my favourite breakfasts along with porridge and honey. The honey up here tastes so good, along with most of the fresh fruits and veg.
