Dinner in 10minutes

Some nights you just don’t have the passion to cook.  You really cant decide on what to have or to make.  What can be done with minimal effort yet still taste delicious?

A meal that you can put together in 10minutes.  Based on Japanese box meals, you can make it any way you like, I like fried eggs, with broccoli or you can change broccoli to cabbage or any other green, soba noodles to rice, tofu to chicken.  What every you like.  The main part of this meal is the dipping sauce, or if you are like us pour it all over the top.  Yum

Its clean and simple.

For a dipping sauce –

  • 2 parts Mirin
  • 1 part fish sauce
  • 1 part soy sauce
  • dash sesame oil
  • garlic
  • and lots of ginger
  • chili if you are a fan
