  • ¾ cup (100g) Hazelnuts
  • ¾ cup (100g) Pistachios
  • ½ cup (80g) Almonds
  • 3//4 cup sesame seeds
  • ⅓ cup coriander seeds
  • ¼ cup cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Toast the nuts either in a frypan over a medium heat or in the oven. Toast the seeds with the salt and pepper till fragrant.
  2. Combine the nuts and seeds and spices into a blender and blitz in short bursts until the desired consistency is achieved for the dukka. I like mine a little rough.
