Damn it! Ive lost my camera cable. But i just found a card reader attached to this computer. And it works. So here is a post i was writing before realised that i had courrupted my existing photos using some german folks card reader, that didnt work so well.

The first is some fish stuffed with prawns and bacon in Campeche. Pretty good really. Bacon was overpowering of course. But what do you expect.

With it i had a bit of Horchata. A pretty common drink around these parts. Its a rice/soy milk drink mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Not to bad either. Sometimes they get it right. Sometime it gets stuffed up pretty bad. This was a good one.

The second item on the list is some lake fish in El Remate (Guatamala). This was the frito (fried) version. Definatly fresh and tasty. I also had the steamed version at the same place a few days later. Even better, but no photos.

The fish probably should have come from the lake out the front. But most likley came from a fish farm elsewere.

Now i have some photos to ramble about, there is a backlog comming your way over the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned.

Growing veggies, keeping the solar going and listening to music; one might think Roy never leaves his home with his green thumb yet he is an adventurous foodie who loves trying the weird and wonderful cuisines of any culture. An electrical engineer by trade his nerdiness also crosses over into his love for folk music and playing warhammer.
